免疫分析法用于中药活性成分检测和质量控制研究进展

免疫分析法与传统检测方法相比,更适用于生产及生活中方便、快速、准确的实际需求,已广泛应用于临床检测、食品安全性检测以及环境有害物检测中。近年来免疫分析法在中药活性成分的检测和质量控制应用也逐年增多。本文分别阐述了放射免疫分析法、酶联免疫分析法、荧光免疫分析法、免疫亲和色谱法、免疫层析法、免疫印迹法、免疫芯片、免疫传感器等免疫分析法在中药有效成分检测分析中应用,并对其前景进行展望。

Research progress in detection of active ingredients in traditional Chinese medicine based on immunoassay

Compared with traditional detection methods,immunoassay method is more suitable for the manufacturing and life settings because it can meet the needs for convenience,quickness and accuracy.It has been widely used in detection of clinical samples,food safety and environmental hazard.In recent years,the application of immunoassay in the detection and quality control of active ingredients of traditional Chinese medicine has increased year by year.In this paper,the application of radioimmunoassay,enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay,fluoroimmunoassay,immunoaffinity chromatography columns,immunpchrpmatography,immunoblotting,immune-chip,immunosensor and other immunoassays in the detection and analysis of effective components of traditional Chinese medicine were described respectively,and the prospects were prospected.
