摘    要:目的:建立一种测定清肠饮中大黄蒽醌含量的比色分析方法.方法:采用5%氢氧化钠 2%氢氧化铵混合碱液和0.5%醋酸镁 甲醇液两种比色法对样品的含量进行比较研究.结果:醋酸镁 甲醇比色法灵敏、简便、准确且稳定性好.结论:醋酸镁 甲醇比色法可作为测定大黄中蒽醌类含量的常规分析方法.

Abstract:Objective:To set up a colorimetric assay for the determination of rhubarb anthraquinones in Qingchangyin (a peroral liquid medicine). Methods:A comparative study was made for the determination of rhubarb anthraquinones in Qingchangyin samples by adopting two different colorimetric methods in which a mixed alkaline solution of 5% sodium hydroxide 2% ammonium hydroxide as well as a 0.5% magnesium acetate methanol solution was used. Results:The colorimetric method using magnesium acetate methanol solution was found to be more sensitive, easier to operate, more accurate and stable. Conclusion:The magnesium acetate methanol colorimetuic method may be routinely used in the determination of anthraquinone content in rhubarb.
