输尿管牵涉痛发生机制的研究──三重标记法

本文研究应用荧光素双标法和免疫细胞化学Ｓ－Ｐ方法相结合的三重标记法观察大鼠脊神经节神经元周围突至输尿管和体壁的分支投射及其所含的化学递质的性质。研究结果可见３种标记细胞，其中ＮＹ标记细胞占７２．２％；ＦＢ标记细胞占２６．３％；ＮＹ／ＦＢ双标记细胞占１．５％。而且均为ＳＰ免疫反应阳性。不但首次证明了投射到输尿管和体壁的脊神经节神经元含有Ｐ物质，同时为输尿管疾病所致的牵涉痛及躯体内脏反射机制提供了新的化学神经解剖学基础。

A Study of the Mechanism of Referred Pain in the Ureter-the Tri-Labelling Method

The divergent projection of spinal ganglionic neurons to the ureter and somatic parietes in the rat and the chemical nature of such neurons are observed in this paper by means of tri-labelling method, the combination of double fluorescein labelling with immunocytochemistry(the S-P method),resulting in the cells labelled in three ways respectively:NFY72.2%,FB26.3%and NY/FB1.5%,all of which being positive in sp immuno-reaction, hence the detection for the first time of substance Pcontained in the spinal ganglionic neurons projecting divergently to the ureter and somatic parietes,which providing a new basis of chemical neuro-anatomy for mechanism of referred pain in the ureteral disease and somato-visceral reflex.
