大连地区军队干休所老年痴呆流行病学调查

目的随机调查2100例60岁以上军队干休所离退休老干部及其配偶痴呆患病率情况及危险因素。方法先用＂长谷川智力量表＂和＂临床记忆量表＂进行初筛,再以Hachinski缺血指数量表（HIS）、NINCDS-ADRDA和NINDS-AIREN诊断出Alzheimer型痴呆（AD）及血管性痴呆（VD）。结果痴呆的总患病率为6.81%,其中AD的患病率为3.62%,VD的患病率为2.24%。导致痴呆有高龄、低文化程度、精神创伤、独居、运动情况、遗传、高血压病等多种危险因素。结论 AD是该地区军队干休所中痴呆的主要类型,诸多危险因素中以精神创伤、遗传、高血压病最突出。

Epidemiological investigation of senile dementia in military cadre sanatoriums in Dalian

Objective The prevalence and risk factors of dementia of 2 100 cases of retired cadres aged over 60 from military cadres＇s anitariums and their spouses were randomized surveyed.Methods Nagatanikawa dementia scale（HDS）and Clinical memory scale were used for preliminary screening.And then,Hachinski Ischemic Score（HIS）,NINCDS-ADRDA and NINDS-AIREN were used to diagnose Alzheimer disease（AD）and vascular dementia（VD）.Results The total prevalence rate of dementia was 6.81%,in which AD accounted for 3.62% and VD 2.24%.Old age,poor education,psychic trauma,living alone,exercise,heredity,hypertensive disease and so on were risk factors of dementia.Conclusion AD is the most common type of dementia in military cadres＇s anitariums.Psychic trauma;heredity and hypertension are the main risk factors.
