| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨肺心病急性发作期应用低分子肝素治疗的临床价值。方法 :对 5 1例肺心病急性发作期病人随机分成治疗组 3 0例及对照组 2 1例进行临床疗效比较。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 96.7% ,症状缓解时间为 3 .44± 1.49天 ;对照组总有效率为85 .7% ,症状缓解时间为 4.8± 1.78天 ,治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论 :临床上治疗肺心病急性发作期病人 ,在综合治疗基础上加用低分子肝素对于缓解症状 ,改善心功能有一定积极作用

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical value of LMWH(low molecular weight heparin)in the treatment of pulmonary heart diaease at the acute stage.Methods:51 cases were divided randomly into two groups:treatment 30 and control 21.The clinical effect was compared between two groups.Results:The general effective rate is 96.7% in treatment group,and 85.7% in control group.The symptom abatement time is 3.44±1.49 days in treatment group and 4.8±1.78 days in control group.Conclusion:Clinically,on the basic of general treatment,using LMWH is helpful to symptom abatment and heart function improvement in the treatment of pulmonary heart disease at the acute stage. |
