矫正鼻中隔偏曲控制变应性鼻炎合并支气管哮喘发作的疗效

目的观察矫正鼻中隔偏曲对控制变应性鼻炎伴哮喘患者哮喘发作的疗效。方法对36例常年性变应性鼻炎伴哮喘患者施行鼻中隔偏曲矫正术和下鼻甲前端部分切除术,其中伴有支气管哮喘病史14例,占38.88%。所有患者随访1年以上,评价其临床效果。结果36例常年性变应性鼻炎,21例临床症状消失、体征明显改善;13例临床症状明显缓解、体征改善;2例无效;总有效率94.44%。对合并支气管哮喘患者,9例术后哮喘症状明显减轻,5例哮喘症状有所减轻;有效率达100%。结论该手术安全、有效并易于操作,是治疗常年变应性鼻炎伴哮喘发作的有效手段。

The curative effect of nasal septal reconstruction in treatment of allergic rhinitis (AR) complicated by bronchial asthma

Objective To observe the effect of nasal septal reconstruction in the treatment of AR with asthma.Method Thirty-six cases of AR were treated by nasal septal reconstruction and partial inferior tubinectomy,14 of whom were associated with bronchial asthma(38.88%). All the cases were followed upfor more than one year.Then their curative effects were evaluated.Result Twenty-one cases were cured,13 improved and 2 non-responded. The total effective rate was 94.44 %. As to the 14 cases with bronchial asthma, asthma symptoms of 9 cases were relieved greatly after the operation, and the other 5 cases were somewhat improved, too,thus total effective rate for the cases associated bronchial asthma was 100 %. Conclusion The operation is safe and effective in the treatment of AR with asthma.
