超声造影定量评价肾血流灌注研究进展

摘    要:目前肾脏CEUS不再局限于对局灶性病变的研究,日渐倾向于肾脏血流灌注的定量评价。CEUS定量分析技术可用于评估肾脏的血流灌注情况。CEUS具有更高的时间和空间分辨率,可较灵敏地检出肾脏血流及灌注改变,为评价肾脏血流灌注提供了一种便捷、无创、有效、重复性好的新方法。本文就CEUS定量评价肾灌注的原理、方法、临床应用及研究进展进行综述。

Abstract:The application of contrast enhanced ultrasound (CEUS) in kidney not only focus on focal lesion, but also tends to quantify the renal perfusion. Perfusion quantification in CEUS can be used to evaluate the blood perfusion of the kidney. CEUS allows highly sensitive imaging of blood flow and perfusion in kidney with high temporal and spatial resolution, which is a new non-invasive and repeatable approach to evaluate renal perfusion effectively. This review not only presents information on the physical principles and approachs underlying CEUS on quantitative evaluation of renal perfusion, but also explains its progresses in clinical application and research.
