重症医学的教学现状与思考

摘    要:重症医学教学面临“综合重症”还是“专科重症”、课程设置方式、团队工作能力培训、教学平台搭建和师资队伍等诸多挑战性问题。重症医学教学需要在学科整体观的指导下,以“重症医学亚专科建设”为契机,兼顾“综合重症”和“专科重症”,合理规划《重症医学》课程,做好ICU建设与整合,打造重症医学临床实践综合平台,开展临床实践与团队工作能力培训。同时,立足专业特色,建设优质的重症医学师资队伍。

Abstract:Teaching of Critical Care Medicine faces several challenging issues including "comprehensive intensive" or "specialist intensive", approach of curriculum, training of team working ability, building of teaching platform and teaching staff. Critical care medical education requires the concept of viewing the discipline as a whole. Under its guidance and with the opportunity of "critical care medical subspecialties building", critical care medical education should focus on both "compre-hensive critical care" and "specialist critical care", and have rational planning of "Critical Care Medicine" course. Through the construction and integration of ICU, we should create a comprehen-sive clinical practice platform of critical care medicine to carry out clinical practice and team work training. Meanwhile, construction of quality critical care medicine faculty should be based on its pro-fessional features.
