摘 要: | 目的:建立注射用右旋雷贝拉唑钠细菌内毒素动态浊度法检测方法。方法:按照《中国药典》2010年版二部相关附录,用动态浊度法进行干扰试验。结果:0.06mg?ml-1右旋雷贝拉唑钠无干扰作用,内毒素回收率均在50%~200%之间。结论:本品可用动态浊度法进行细菌内毒素定量检测,建议其内毒素限值为每1mg右旋雷贝拉唑钠中含内毒素的量应小于10.0EU。

Abstract: | Objective: By detecting the pH value of six media before and after autoclaving to set up a certain pH reference in media preparation.Methods: The pH value of media were adjusted to 6.80-8.10 with 0.5 mol·L-1 NaOH before autoclaving and detected after autoclaving, then the characteristics of pH variations were compared and analyzed.Results: The pH value of four media, which were Martin Medium Modified, Thioglycollate Medium, MacConkey Broth Medium and Tryptone Soy Broth Medium(TSB), decreased after autoclaving.There was significant reduction in pH for Martin Medium Modified.Nutrient Broth Medium''s pH increased after autoclaving.Mycoplasma(Ma) Broth Medium Base''s pH was hardly changed.Conclusion: The variations of pH of six media after autoclaving is different.This paper provided the appropriate range of pH pre-adjustment in media preparation. |
