Effect of Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with GnRHa on frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles in patients with endometriosis

Objective:To investigate the effects of Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with GnRHa on frozen embryo transplantation in patients with endometriosis.Methods:200 patients with endometriosis admitted to Reproductive Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University from May 2017 to March 2019 were selected as subjects investigated in frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles,and they were randomly divided into a control group and a treatment group,100 cases each.The patients in the control group were treated with GnRHa hormone replacement in Frozen-thawed embryo transfer.The patients in the observation group were treated with Guizhi Fuling Capsules on the basis of the control group.Serum CA125 level and clinical pregnancy rate,implantation rate,miscarriage rate,late abortion rate,ectopic pregnancy rate and live birth rate were compared between the two groups.Results:The patients in two groups had similar profiles of age,body mass index(BMI),basic endocrinology(FSH,LH,E2),AMH,endometrial thickness and average numbers of embryo transfer,et al.After treatment with Guizhi Fuling Capsule,the levels of CA125 were significantly decreased(P<0.05).And the serum CA125 levels in the treatment group after administrated with Guizhi Fuling Capsules were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The embryo implantation rate and clinical pregnancy rate in the treatment group were significantly higher than those of the control group(65.00%vs 49.00%,63.11%vs 43.93%,P<0.05).There was no difference in abortion rate(18.50%vs 16.30%)and ectopic pregnancy rate(0%vs 2.04%)between the two groups.Live birth rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group(53.00%vs 40.00%),but the difference didn't reach statistical significance.Conclusion:Guizhi Fuling Capsule combined with GnRHa can significantly reduce serum CA125 levels and improve the pregnancy outcomes underwent frozen embryo transplantation in patients with endometriosis.
