马齿苋配方颗粒治疗59例糖尿病患者的临床观察

马齿苋是我国常见的一种药食同源的药材,大量的动物试验证实具有降低糖尿病小鼠的血糖,本实验将马齿苋配方颗粒应用于临床,随机抽取门诊糖尿病患者59例,随机分为对照组和实验组,实验组患者给予马齿苋配方颗粒治疗 常规饮食运动治疗,对照组患者给予常规饮食运动治疗。数据统计得出,治疗8周后,实验组的空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白较治疗前有明显下降(P<0.05);同时,治疗后两组空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白之间均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论：马齿苋配方治疗能明降低糖尿病患者的血糖。

Clinical observation on 59 cases of diabetic patients with purslane granule treatment

purslane is a kind of food which also can be used as medicine.A lot of Sstudies proved that it had the effect of purslane on DM mice models.In our Experiment we will Investigat effect of purslane on DM Patients. We randomly divided the sample of 59 cases of outpatients with DM into control group and experimental group. The experimental group was treated with purslane conventional diet and exercise therapy, the control group were given routine diet and exercise therapy. 8 weeks after the treatment, two groups of fasting blood glucose, postprandial 2 hour blood glucose, glycosylated hemoglobin P<0.05. Result: Purslane treatment can significantly reduce the blood glucose in diabetic patients.
