学生学业勤奋度的SIMPP分析

摘    要:学业勤奋度不仅能直接影响学生的学业成绩,而且还会影响其个体情绪和身体健康。为了分析大学生学业勤奋度的影响因素,本研究通过学生问卷调查,利用高等教育教学改革微观系统工程的理念及SIMPP方法,对学业勤奋度相关因素以及与勤奋度相应的大学生行为模式进行了较为系统的分析。结果表明,学生的学业勤奋度除了受学习目标明确度、自认学习状态和课余学习时间等自身因素影响,还受学校学风、课程设置以及家长对学生的要求程度等因素影响。

Abstract:Academic diligence level can not only directly affect the academic performance of students, but also affect the individual''s emotional and physical health. In this study, through a question-naire survey of university students, with the method of SIMPP and the concept of the micro system engi-neering in higher education teaching reform, the related factors of diligence and the college students'' behavior mode with respect to diligence are systematically analyzed. Analysis shows that, students'' diligence level is affected not only by inherent factors such as clear learning objectives, learning state and after-school learning time, but also by the school ethos, the influence factors of the curriculum and parents'' re-quirements.
