老年男性骨质疏松患者血清胰岛素样生长因子、内皮素与骨钙素及骨转换生化指标的相关性研究

目的 探讨老年男性骨质疏松患者血清胰岛素样生长因子、内皮素与骨钙素及骨转换生化指标水平的变化及相关性。方法 采用酶联免疫法（ELISA）检测70例老年男性骨质疏松组（OP）及50例正常老年男性对照组（NS）的血清胰岛素样生长因子（IGF-1）、内皮素（ET-1）、骨钙素（BGP）、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶-5b（TRACP-5b），采用美国NORLAND双能X线骨密度仪测定腰椎（L2-4）的骨密度。结果 与对照组比较，OP患者的血清IGF-1、BGP和腰椎BMD明显的降低（P<0.05），而血清ET-1、TRACP-5b明显升高（P<0.05）；老年男性血清IGF-1与BMD、BGP成明显的正相关（P<0.05），而与ET-1、TRACP-5b成明显的负相关（P<0.05），ET-1与IGF-1、BMD、BGP成明显的负相关（P<0.05），而与TRACP-5b成明显的正相关（P<0.05）。结论 血清内皮素的升高，胰岛素样生长因子的降低在老年男性骨质疏松患者的发病机制中可能发挥重要的作用。

Correlation between insulin-like growth factor-1, endothelin-1, BGP, and bone turnover markers in elderly men with osteoporosis

Objective To investigate the correlation between insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1), endothelin-1 (ET-1), BGP, and bone turnover markers (BTMs) in elderly men with osteoporosis. Methods Seventy elderly men with osteoporosis (OP group) and 50 healthy elderly men (normal group) were selected. Serum IGF-1, ET-1, BGP, and TRACP-5b were measured using ELISA method. BMD of the lumbar vertebrae (L2-4) were measured using dual-energy X-ray absorptiometry (NORLAND). Results The levels of IGF-1, BGP, and BMD of L2-4 in OP group were significantly lower than those in control group (P<0.05). However, the levels of ET-1 and TRACP-5b were significantly higher (P<0.05). The level of IGF-1 of the elderly men was positively correlated with BGP and BMD (P<0.05), but negatively correlated with ET-1 and TRACP-5b (P<0.05). The level of ET-1 was negatively correlated with IGF-1, BMD, and BGP (P <0.05), but positively correlated with TRACP-5b (P<0.05). Conclusion The elevation of serum endothelin and the reduction of EGF play an important role in pathogenesis of osteoporosis in the elderly men.
