MMP-2及TIMP-2在卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中的表达

目的探讨卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织中基质金属蛋白酶-2（MMP-2）及其抑制物2（TIMP-2）的表达及其临床意义。方法免疫组化SABC法检测35例恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤及12例良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤组织MMP-2和TIMP-2蛋白质的表达。结果恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤MMP-2和timp-2的表达明显高于良性卵巢上皮性肿瘤（P〈0．05）；在恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤中，随肿瘤分化程度的降低MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达逐渐升高（P〈0．05）；临床分期晚的病例MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达较临床分期早的病例高（P〈0．05）；有淋巴结转移的病例MMP-2和TIMP-2的表达较无淋巴结转移的病例高（P〈0．05）。结论MMP-2及其抑制物TIMP-2与卵巢恶性上皮性肿瘤的分化、转移及浸润有关，可能做为恶性卵巢上皮性肿瘤诊治的靶点。

The expression and significance of MMP-2 and TIMP-2 in ovary epithelial tumor

Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significance of Matrix Metallopriteinase-2(MMP-2) and its inhibitor(TIMP-2)in human epithelial tumor of ovary.Methods Immunohistochemistry assay was performed on 35 specimens of ovarian epithelial carcinoma and 12 specimens of benign ovarian epithelial tumor.Results Both MMP-2 and TIMP-2(tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-2) labeling index of ovarian epithelial carcinoma was significantly higher than the index of benign ovarian epithelial tumor(P<0.05).In ovarian epithelial carcinoma,moderate and well-differentiated ovarian epithelial carcinoma had lower MMP-2 and TIMP-2 indexes than poorly differentiated cases(P<0.05);late clinical staging cases and lymphonodes metastasis cases had a higher expression index(P<0.05).Conclusion These results support the notion that MMP-2 and TIMP-2 has an important association with differentiation,metastasis and infiltration of ovarian carcinoma,and can be the prognostic index of ovarian carcinoma.
