400例儿童系统性红斑狼疮的护理干预

目的:对系统性红斑狼疮患儿实施护理干预,使患儿及家长能够正确认识疾病,并主动配合治疗,评估远期预后,减少疾病的不适感,预防并发症的发生。方法:根据400例系统性红斑狼疮患儿入院时的评估结果制定恰当的护理干预措施。结果:本组327例患儿及家长能正确认识疾病,并积极配合治疗,依从性良好。结论:护理干预对系统性红斑狼疮患儿及家长有重要的指导意义,能提高治疗依从性。

Nursing intervention of 400 cases of children with systemic lupus erythematosus

Objective：To implement nursing intervention for children with systemic lupus erythematosus,help children and their families to be able to correctly understand the disease,and actively cooperate with treatment.Assess long-term prognosis,reduce disease discomfort,and prevent complications.Methods：According to the nursing intervention measures appropriate to evaluate 400 cases of systemic lupus erythematosus patients admission results.Results：In 400 cases of 327 cases of patients and their families can correct understanding of the disease,and actively cooperate with the treatment,good comliance.Conclusion：Systematic nursing intervention on the children and their families to overcome the disease is very important.
