摘    要:目的:分析大鼠光辐射热甩尾反应的时反应量-效关系(TDRR)。方法:应用常规大鼠光辐射热甩尾反应方法检测大鼠光辐射热甩尾反应的潜伏期,以分析不同光强度的影响,并比较光照强度改变位点的移位法、重复测量对TDRR的影响。结果:通过对40只大鼠进行常规法不同光照强度下大鼠甩尾反应潜伏期的测定,观察到甩尾反应潜伏期随光照强度的增大而显著性缩短(单因素方差分析,F=75.17,P<0.01),其直线相关系数r=-0.939 8(P<0.01),直线回归方程为y=-0.161x+18.592,直线回归系数(b)为-0.161(P<0.01),经双曲线型TDRR模型Y=cs+1/(x-a)s+b进行曲线拟合得最短潜伏期为2.961 s。另外,改变光照位点的移位法或改变位点的常规法检测与常规法之间的差异,不同检测方法的重复检测之间的差异均没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:大鼠光辐射热甩尾反应的潜伏期和光照强度之间存在TDRR,可用常规法、移位法和改变位点的常规法进行重复检测。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the timed dose-response relationship ( TDRR) for tail-flick reflex of rats evoked by light radiant heat.Methods:Conventional light radiant heat method was used to test pain response of rats(n=40) by determining the tail-flick latency(TFL) and the effects of apply-ing diverse light intensities,modified focus/position of the light and repeated measurement at different intervals of light stimulation on the TDRR .Results:By stimulating with different beam power,the recorded TFLs were significantly shortened with increased light intensities(One-way ANOVA,F=75.17,P&lt;0.01;Linear correlation coefficient,r=-0.939 8,P&lt;0.01;Linear regression coefficient,b=-0.161,P&lt;0.01).Calculation by fitting the hyperbol-ic model Y=cs+1/(x-a)s +b led to the shortest latency of 2.961 seconds.No significance was seen in modified focus/position and classic testing proto-col as well as repeated measurement with different testing plan(P&gt;0.05).Conclusion:The significant TDRR exists between latency and light intensity, and repeated test of the pain response may rely on classic protocol and modified focus/position of the light.
