三级质控模式在老年患者安全护理管理中的应用效果

目的:探讨三级质控模式在老年患者安全护理管理中的应用效果。方法:将我院老年康复中心的100例患者按照抽签方法随机等分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用常规整体护理方法,观察组则采用三级质控护理模式。比较两组患者意外事件发生率、自我护理管理评分以及护理满意度。结果:观察组患者意外事件总发生率低于对照组(P0.05),自我护理管理能力高于对照组(P0.05),护理满意度高于对照组(P0.05)。结论:三级质控模式在老年患者安全护理管理中的应用效果显著,意外事件发生率明显降低,自我管理水平及护理满意度显著提高,值得临床推广应用。

Application effect of three quality control model in elderly patient safety nursing management

Objective：To investigate the application effect of three quality control model in elderly nursing management of patient safety.Methods：100 elderly patients in a hospital geriatric rehabilitation centers,were randomly according to balloting divided into control group and observation group.Control group used conventional overall nursing methods,observation group used three quality control models of nursing.Compared two groups of patients the incidence of accidents,self-care management score,and nursing satisfaction.Results：Patients with accident occurrence rate of observation group was lower than the control group （P ＜ 0.05）,self-nursing management ability and nursing satisfaction were higher than that of the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Three quality control model in elderly nursing management of patient safety application effect is remarkable,significantly reduced the incidence of accidents,self-management in elderly patients and nursing satisfaction levels improved significantly,it is worth to be promoted and applied.
