90例女性排尿困难的尿流动力学分析

目的:评价尿动力学测定在女性排尿困难检查中的意义。方法:用尿动力学检测仪检查90例女性排尿困难患者的自由尿流率,压力-流率测定,评估逼尿肌功能状态,确定排尿困难原因。结果:女性排尿困难患者中,膀胱出口梗阻41例,占45.56%,伴有不稳定膀胱25例;逼尿肌收缩力减弱24例,占26.67%;神经源性膀胱22例,占24.44%;3例患者排尿正常。结论:尿流动力学检查对女性排尿困难患者具有重要的临床意义,为临床鉴别诊断及治疗提供依据。

Urodynamics analysis of dysuria in 90 females

Objective：To evaluate the clinical significance of urodynamics assessment in estimation of dysuria in female patients .Methods：Urinary dynam-ics detector was used to examine the urine flow rate in 90 patients with dysuria.In addition,the pressure/urine flow rate was measured and the detrusor function was determined to figure out the causes of urinary dysfunction.Results：Of the 90 female patients with dysuria,41 were associated with bladder outlet obstruction（45.56%）,25 with unstable bladder（27.78%）,24 with detrusor muscle weakness（26.67%） and 22 with neurogenic bladder dysfunc-tion（24.44%）.Another 3 were in normal urination.Conclusion：Urodynamics examination has an important clinical significance in estimation of the dysu-ria in female patients and may supply evidence for differential diagnosis and treatment of this entity .
