PICU家长对住院患儿护理风险知情度调查分析

目的:了解家长对于PICU(儿科重症监护病房)相关护理风险知情程度,探索医患沟通的重点人群、内容以及方式等。方法:设计统一的调查问卷,对2013年1~6月入住我院PICU患儿的136名家属进行护理风险知情度调查。结果:136名被调查家长中,对意外跌落、压疮、静脉炎发生、导管风险及使用约束风险知情度不高。年龄大于35岁家长对导管风险和静脉炎风险的知情度明显低于年龄小于35岁家属,而对这些护理风险的知情度在家长性别、文化水平、家长和患儿关系、患儿住院次数和住院天数上无统计学意义。结论:患儿家属对于PICU护理风险的知情程度非常有限,合理的护理评估指导下的有针对性的、及时的医护共同沟通,不仅能够维护患儿家属的知情权利,也能减少医患纠纷的发生。

Intervention analysis of PICU parents of hospitalized children nursing risk informed

Objective：To understand the parents for PICU related nursing risk awareness,focus groups,to explore the doctor-patient communication contents and approaches.Methods：Questionnaire design unified,136 parents from January to June in 2013 in PICU were nursing risk awareness surveyed.Results：Among 136 parents,the unexpected drop,bedsore,phlebitis,catheter risk and use constraints to a risk informed degree were not high.The parents above 35 years old of catheter phlebitis risk and risk informed degree was significantly lower than the parents under the 35 years old,the nursing risk informed degree in gender,culture level of parents,parents and children relationship,times of hospitalization and hospitalization days and no statistic significance.Conclusion：Children with family members for the degree of PICU nursing risk is very limited,nursing assessment guidance under the rational targeted,timely medical care mutual communication,not only can protect patients＇ right to know,also can reduce the incidence of medical disputes.
