妇产科男护生压力源调查分析及对策

目的:探讨男护生在妇产科实习过程中存在的问题。方法:采用调查问卷形式,从专业认知、社会压力、从业意向、评价老师带教方法等几个方面对男护生进行调查。结果:男护士实习生在社会观念、专业认识、自我概念、专业成就感以及群体归属感等方面存在着巨大心理压力和困惑。妇产科服务对象的特殊性,妇产科患者及家属对男护士接受程度,再加上"男女授受不亲"等封建礼教与陈规陋习的影响与束缚,造成男护生在妇产科实习有一定的困难。结论:针对这些存在的因素,应从护生心理、自我认识、专业认识、沟通、适应等方面培养男护士实习生的专业成就感及群体归属感。

Investigation analysis and countermeasures of male nurses intern pressure source in department of gynecology and obstetrics

Objective：To explore some exsisting problems of male nurses as internships in department of obstetrics and gynecology.Methods：Conduct a questionnaire survey on male nurses of a series of aspects,such as professional cognition,social pressure,career motivations and the evaluation of teaching mode from their tutors.Results：Male nurse interns feel overwhelming psychological pressure and confused in such aspects as social concept,professional knowledge,self concept,professional achievement and group sense of belonging.As well as the particular service object,the acceptance for male nurses from patients and their families,and the influence and constraints from the feudal moral codes or outmoded conventions and customs such as ＂segregation of sexes＂ result in certain difficulty in internship.Conclusion：Male nurses should be cultivated to own professional accomplishment and group sense of belonging from such aspects as psychology,self awareness,professional knowledge,communication,adaptation.
