| 摘 要： | 目的测定大活络丸中去氢木香内酯的含量。方法薄层色谱法。结果测定方法的平均加样回收率为98.30%,RSD为1.90%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、重现性好,可为该制剂质量控制提供参考。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a determination method for dehydrocostus lactone in Dahuolu Pill.Methods TLC-Scanning was used.Results The average recovery was 98.30 %and RSD was 1.90 %.Conlusion The method is simple,accurate,repeatable,and can be used for the reference of the quality control to Dahuoluo Pill. |
