甘肃省1999年上半年性病疫情报告及漏报情况调查分析

目的 查明我省今年上半年性病疫情下降的主要原因。方法 对全省14个地、州和市所在地的部分医疗机构1999年上半年的性病疫情报告情况进行调查,计算漏报率。结果 调查83所医疗机构,查出病例4 647例,报告病例924例,漏报病例3 723例,漏报率为80.11％,报告病例数与查出病例数比为1:5。结论 我省1999年上半年STD疫情下降的主要原四是性病疫情报告率非常低,漏报率极高。

Investigation for the Constraints of STD Epidemic Report System and the Missed Cases in 1999 First Half Year in Gansu Province

To find out the essential reasons of the STD epidemic decreasing dramatically in 1999 first half year in Gansu. Methods 83 medical sections related to STDs cases'report in 14 prefectures and cities were investigated, and the rate of missing STDs cases was calculated. Results 4 647 STDs cases had been found out in 83 medical sections investigated, among which only had 924 STDs cases been reported to the relevant administrative institutions so that 3 723 STDs cases had been missed, with a seriously missing rate of STDs cases, 80.11 % in Gansu. The proportion between the reported STDs cases and the missed ones was 1:5. Conclusion The reasons why the STD epidemic suddenly decreased in 1999 first half years in Gansu are a few of STDs cases to be reported and the bulk of them are missed. It is suggested that the management for the STD epidemic report system be reinforced in Gansu.
