乌鲁木齐市1200名孕产妇HIV抗体监测结果分析

目的 了解新疆乌鲁木齐地区艾滋病病毒(HIV)在孕产妇人群中感染的情况.方法 初筛检测用酶联免疫法(EIA)、金标法,确认实验用蛋白印迹法(WB).结果HIV抗体-I型阳性6例,感染率0.5%.其中性传播5例,占0.42%(配偶性传染4例,婚前性传染1例),血液传播(静注毒品)1例,占0.08%.结论 首次发现本地区孕产妇中HIV感染者,以性传播为主,血液传播为次,母婴传播即将出现.

Analysis on the Results of HIV Antibody Surveillance among 1 200 Pregnant and Parturient Women in Urumqi

Objective To understand the HIV infections among pregnant and parturient women in Xinjiang Urumqi. Methods EIA, labeled golden and WB assaies had being performed on the sera obtained from 1 200 pregnant and parturient women of outpatient department of people hosptital of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region from January to October 1999. Results Of 1 200 pregnant and parturient women, 6 ones were confirmed to be infected with HIV, giving a HIV positive rate 0.5%. Among 6 HIV positive pregnant and parturient women the transmission route of 5 ones was sexual contact which constituted 0.42 % , and that of 1 case was through blood, accounting for 0.08 % . Conclusion The findings of HIV infections and its transmission routes, mainly sexual transmission and following blood transmission, among pregnant and parturient women in Xinjiang are for the first time announced. The mother to child transmission of HIV in Xinjiang will have occurred sooner or later.
