胶囊内镜对不明原因消化道出血诊断价值的初步探讨

目的初步探讨胶囊内镜对不明原因的消化道出血的诊断价值。方法分析2007年01月～2009年06月间31例不明原因消化道出血患者胶囊内镜检查的结果。结果31例均完成检查，肠道血管畸形15例，小肠粘膜糜烂4例，小肠憩室1例，小肠结核1例，钩虫症1例，小肠过敏性紫癜1例，小肠占位性病变2例（间质瘤1例，淋巴瘤1例），阴性6例，病变检出率80．6％（25／31）。部分病例经手术和病理证实。结论胶囊内镜安全，无创伤，对不明原因的消化道出血具有较高的诊断价值。

Evaluation of Capsule Endosecopy in the Diagnosis of Obscure Gastrointestinal Bleeding

Objective To evaluate the diagnostial of capsule endoscopy on the cause of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding. Methods The 31 cases obscure gastrointestinal bleeding of clinical data and outcomes of capsule endoscopy from January 2007 to June 2009 were reviewed. Results Capsule endoscopy disclosed definite bleeding sites in 25 of 31patients of obscure gastrointestinal bleeding （80.6%） ,including vascular abnormalities 15, diffuse mucosa lesion in the intestine in 4 and diverticulum in the intestine in 1, tuberculosis in the intestine in 1, hookworm in the intestine inl, allergic purpura in the intestine in 1, prominency in the intestine in 2（Jajunal stromal tumor 1, lymphoma 1） ,another 6 cases as negative fmdings. Partial cases were verified by operation and pathology. Conclusion Capsule endoscopies is a safe,noinvasive method, and has a higher diagnostic yield to obscure gastrointestinal bleeding.
