参菊洗剂微生物限度检查方法的建立

摘    要:目的:建立参菊洗剂的微生物限度检查方法。方法:采用常规法、培养基稀释法、薄膜过滤法、离心集菌薄膜过滤法对参菊洗剂的微生物限度检查进行试验。结果:参菊洗剂的抑菌作用强,细菌、霉菌及酵母菌计数须采用离心集菌薄膜过滤法:金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌检查采用薄膜过滤法;生孢梭菌检查采用培养基稀释法才能彻底消除其抑菌作用。结论:该方法可行性强,检查结果符合《中国药典》2005年版的要求。

Abstract:Objective:To establish the testing method of microbial limit for Shenju Lotion.Methods:Routine method,medium diluting method,membrane filtration method and centrifuging and membrane filtering method were used for the test of the microbial limit on Shenju Lotion.Results:Shenju Lotion had higher antimicrobial effects:bacteria,molds and yeasts must be eliminated by centrifuging and membrane filtering method.Staphylococcus aureus and Pseudomonas aeruginosa were counted by membrane filtration method.Clostridium ...
