参菊洗剂微生物限度检查方法的建立

目的：建立参菊洗剂的微生物限度检查方法。方法：采用常规法、培养基稀释法、薄膜过滤法、离心集菌薄膜过滤法对参菊洗剂的微生物限度检查进行试验。结果：参菊洗剂的抑菌作用强，细菌、霉菌及酵母菌计数须采用离心集菌薄膜过滤法：金黄色葡萄球菌和铜绿假单胞菌检查采用薄膜过滤法；生孢梭菌检查采用培养基稀释法才能彻底消除其抑菌作用。结论：该方法可行性强，检查结果符合《中国药典》2005年版的要求。
