食管内支架置放术60例临床小结

目的 探讨食管内支架置放术治疗食管良亚性狭窄（及）合并食管瘘的临床意义。方法 用Ｓａｖａｒｙ扩张器对狭窄段食管扩张后，在胃镜监视下置放ＮｉＴｉ记忆合金内支架支撑狭窄段。合并食管瘘者，用带膜支架，使瘘口与食管腔隔开。结果 ６０例全部成功，手术过程无严重并发症，扩张后这直径均大于１５ｍｍ，吞咽困难改善困难改善程度；显效率８２％（４９／６０），痊愈率１８％（１１／６０），总有效率１００％。结论 食管内支

Clinical report of expandable esophageal stent implantation on 60 cases

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of expandable esophagealstentin the treatment of benig normalignant esophagealstricture complicated with sophagobronchial fistulae.Methods Afterdilated with Savary dilator,NiTi expandable metallicstent was placedunder gastroscopicguidance.Membraned stents were used for those complicated with sophagobronchial fistulae.Results All60 cases under wentthe procedure successfully.Nosevere complications were observed.Diameters of thes trictured were all more than 15 mmafter the procedure.Dy sphagia was improved with animprovemen trate of 82%(49/60),acurerate of 18%(11/60),and atotaleffective rate of 100%.Conclusion Expandable metallicstent implantationis safe andeffectivein the treatment of esophag eal stricture,either benignor malignant,even with esophageal fistulae.Ithelpstoimprove quality of life,topro long survival,and tocreateopportunit yfor fur ther treatment.
