普罗布考对颈动脉粥样硬化不稳定斑块影响

目的 观察普罗布考对颈动脉粥样硬化斑块中软斑块的干预作用。方法 120例入选患者随机分为2组，每组60例。对照组为常规治疗组，治疗组在常规治疗组的基础上加用普罗布考500mg bid。疗程均为6个月。6个月后2组以彩色多普勒超声检测颈动脉和椎动脉，记录斑块性质、大小和数目，并检查血糖和血脂，同时记录不良事件情况。结果 （1）治疗前2组患者在性别、年龄及斑块数目体积，等方面比较，差异无统计学意义（P >0.05）；（2）2组经治疗后在软斑体积数目减少等方面比较，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）；（3）2组治疗6个月后心脑血管病事件发生率比较，治疗组较对照组降低，差异有统计学意义（P <0.05）。结论 普罗布考能有效地干预颈动脉粥样硬化斑块中软斑块的发生发展，并降低心脑血管疾病事件发生。

Clinical Study of the Effect of Prubucal on Carotid Atherosclerotic Instable Plaque

Objective To investigat the effects of Prubucal on the soft plaque in the carotid atheroscleroticplaque.Methods One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into the treatment group andthe control group, 60 cases in each group.The patients in control group were treated with routinetherapy, whereas patients in treatment group with routine therapy were treated by routine therapyplus prubucal 500 mg bid/day for a course of six months. After six months color Doppler ultrasoundwas performed to examine the plaques’ characteristics, sizes and number, meanwhile blood glucoseand blood lipids were detected and the incidence of adverse events were recorded.Results (1) There was no significant difference in terms of age, sex and size the plaque betweenthe two groups (P >0.05). (2) There was a statistically significant difference in the decrease ofvolume and numbers of soft plaque between two groups (P <0.05). (3) After 6 months treatmentthe incidence of cerebrovascular diseases and cardiovascular diseases in treatment group wassignificantly reduced,as compared to that in control group. This indicated that there was asignificant difference between two groups (P <0.05).Conclusion Prubucal can intervene effectively the development of the soft plaque in thecarotid atherosclerotic plaque,and reduce the incidence of cerebrovascular diseases andcardiovasculardiseases.
