血浆D—二聚体在上消化道出血中的变化研究

目的 研究血浆Ｄ－二聚体在引起上消化道出血常见疾病的变化特点。方法 运动ＥＬＩＳＡ－双抗体夹心法，对３８例消化性溃疡出血，２５例上消化道恶性肿瘤出血，２６例肝硬化食道胃底静脉曲张破裂出血及５２例健康人血浆Ｄ－二聚体进行测定。结果 消化道良性溃疡出血血浆Ｄ－二聚体在正常范围，消化道肿瘤出血组升高，肝硬化食道胃底静脉曲张破裂出血者明显升高。结论 Ｄ－二聚体的测定在上消化道出血的病因鉴别诊断中有一定意义

The changes of plasma D-dimer in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.

Objective To investigate the changes of plasma D dimer in patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods In 38 cases of peptic ulcer bleeding,25 cases of upper gastrointestinal cancer bleeding,26 cases of variceal bleeding with cirrhosis of liver and 52 cases of monotensive controls.plasma D dimer concentration were measured by ELISA double layered antibody method.the results were compared with normal controls.Results The D dimer concentrations were normal in patients with peptic ulcer bleeding;It was high in upper gastrointestinal cancer bleeding and was obviously increased in those of vaniceal bleeding with cirrhosis of liver.Conclusions It is indicated that the determine the levels of plasma D dimer is helpful the different dignosis of the upper gastrointestinal bleeding
