| 摘 要： | 目的：观察补虚润降汤治疗老年性便秘的临床疗效。方法：96例老年性便秘患者随机分为A、B两组，A组用自拟方──补虚润降汤，B组用麻子仁丸，均治1周，观察两组疗效并做比较。结果：补虚润降汤治愈率为52%，显效率为30%，有效率为14%，总有效率96%，优于麻子仁丸(P＜0.05)。结论：补虚润降汤对老年性便秘具有较好疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the effect of treating seni le constipation with tonifying deficiency and descending as well as moistening.M ethods:Ninety six cases were randomly separated into two groups,one treated with BuXuJiangRun decoction,the other with MaZhiRen pills for a week.The effects wer e compared between the groups.Results:The curative effects of the former group w ere superior to that of the latter,with the cure rate 52%,significant effective rate 30%,effective rate 14% and total effective rate 96%.Conclusion:The effect o f the formula had a good effect on senile constipation. |
