功能性颈清术在N3乳腺癌中的应用

<正>乳腺癌锁骨上淋巴结转移是晚期乳腺癌常见的症状,但亦有因各种原因就诊时即伴此症状而无其他远处转移者。我院采用功能性颈淋巴结清扫术治疗乳腺癌锁骨上淋巴结转移,取得了良好的疗效。

Apply of Functional neck dissection in N3 breast cancer

Objective To explore the surgery and combined therapy of breast cancer with supraclavicular lymph nodes metastasis. Methods Fourteen cases of breast cancer with supralavicular lymph nodes metastasis were performed radical mastectomy and Functional neck dissection. All these patients were performed preoperative chemotherapy, postoperative chemotherapy, postoperative radiotheropy and endocrinotherapy. Results All these patients were followed up for 1 to 11 years. The3-,5years survival rates were 64.29% and42.86 % respectively. One of them was alive for 11years and three patients 8 years. Conclusion Radical mastectomy and Functional neck dissection plus combined therapy is an active treatment in improving survival rate breast cancer with supraclavicular lymph node metastasis.
