摘    要:目的了解深圳市医疗服务整体管理与质量控制指标体系的科学性、合理性和可操作性,并收集改善指标体系的相关信息和建议。方法采用专题组讨论的方法,由深圳市各级医院的相关部门负责人分别成组进行讨论,讨论结束后及时对讨论结果进行归纳和整理。结果大部分专家认为深圳市医疗服务整体管理与质量控制体系的科学性、合理性以及可操作性均较好.但仍有许多需要进一步完善的环节。结论加强指标体系在实际应用过程中的灵动性和公平性,是完善指标体系的关键.对于今后深圳市医疗服务整体管理与质量控制工作的顺利开展有着极大的促进作用,并且可作为其他地区制定医疗服务质量评估体系的借鉴。

Results analysis of the focus group discussion about the overall management and quality control indicator system of medical services in Shenzhen

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the scientificalness, rationality and feasibility of the overall management and quality control indicator system of medical services in Shenzhen and to collect relevant information and recommendation to improve the system. Methods Focus group discussion was used. The relevant leaders were interviewed through holding the focus group discussion and note was taken in time. Results Most experts believed that the overa management and quali- ty control system was scientific, reasonable and feasible, but there was much to do. Conclusion Enhancing the flexibility and fairness isthe key to perfect the system. Resolving these problems can promote further development of the medical services, and also serve as a lesson to other regions.
