| 摘 要： | 本文用细胞化学方法对小鼠肾上腺皮质细胞溶酶体酸性磷酸酶(AcPase)反应进行了超微结构观察,讨论了初级溶酶体与次级溶酶体,次级溶酶体与脂滴及脂褐素的关系.

| Abstract: | Ultrastructural observations on acid phosphatase reaction of lysosomes of adrenal cortex cells in mouse were performed with cytochemical method. The relationships between primary lysosomes and secondary lysosomes and between the secondary lysosomes and both the lipid droplets and the lipofucin were discussed in this paper. |
