Devine矫正术治疗小儿隐匿性阴茎

目的：探讨小儿隐匿性阴茎的诊断方法,观察Devi ne矫正术治疗小儿隐匿性阴茎的疗效。方法：2008年10月～2010年2月采用Devi ne术治疗小儿隐匿性阴茎14例。结果：本组所有病例术后切口均Ⅰ期愈合,术后阴茎延长长度为2.1～2.8cm,平均延长2.46cm。经9个月～2年随访,14例患儿均阴茎显露及外观正常,无阴茎水肿、皮肤缺血、勃起疼痛等并发症。结论：Devi ne矫正术治疗小儿隐匿性阴茎疗效确切,是一种治疗小儿单纯性隐匿阴茎的有效方法。

Correction of pediatric concealed penis by Devine's technique

Objective To discuss the diagnosis of pediatric concealed penis and to observe the effect of Devine＇s operation in correcting the concealed penis.Methods Totally 14 cases of concealed penis in children from October 2008 to February 2010 were treated with Devine＇s operation.Results Incisions of all patients were primary healing.The length of the penises was extended about 2.1～2.8cm,the average length was 2.42cm.By following up from 9 months to 2 years after surgical management,all the cases,s penis exposed well,no complications such as refractory edema and erection pain were existed.Conclusions The Devine＇s technique is a safe and effective method to correct the pediatric concealed penis with satisfactory outcome.
