| 摘 要： | 目的：通过测量广州市正常青少年人群临床牙冠长度、临床牙冠中心高度来探讨托槽的高度定位。方法：制取59例广州市正常青少年人群的牙颌模型,使用数显游标卡尺测量临床牙冠高度及临床牙冠中心高度,对测量结果进行统计学分析。结果：广州市正常青少年人群的临床牙冠中心高度呈正态性分布。同名牙临床牙冠中心高度测量值无性别差异（P〉0.05）。结论：①广州市正常青少年人群临床牙冠中心高度差异较小;②临床冠中心托槽定位法具有局限性。
