口腔医师与非专业人士对上颌中切牙美学变化敏感性的比较

目的：比较口腔医师与非口腔专业人士对上中切牙美学变化的敏感性。方法：对不同照片的上中切牙位置进行微小渐进性的改变,包括中颌切牙倾斜角度、冠长、上颌中切牙楔状隙暴露量,通过问卷,对口腔医师和非专业人士进行调查,从而判断两种人对上颌中切牙美学敏感性。结果：口腔医师组评判明显不美观的相关参数平均范围约为：单侧上中切牙倾斜5°以上,双侧5°以上;冠长增加0.5mm以上、缩短0.5mm以上;楔状隙暴露2mm以上。非专业组则分别为单侧倾斜7.5°以上,双侧7.5°以上;冠长增加0.5mm以上、缩短1mm;楔状隙暴露3mm以上。口腔医师组能辨别变化差异值为：上中切牙倾斜2.5°;冠长增加0.5mm,冠长减少0.5mm;楔状隙暴露1mm;非专业组可辨别上中切牙倾斜5°,冠长增加0.5mm,冠长缩短0.5mm及楔状隙暴露2mm的差异。对于牙冠冠长变化,两组敏感性没有显著性差异;其余参数两组都有显著差异。结论：口腔医师与非专业人士对上中切牙美学敏感性有明显差异,应该在治疗中给患者提出更多建议。
