| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨微波照射对腋纹切口皮瓣法腋臭术后伤口愈合的影响,以及微波治疗在腋臭术后运用的前景。方法：将20例门诊行腋纹切口皮瓣法腋臭手术患者随机分成2组,实验组术后微波照射术区,对照组术后常规换药护理,观察腋部皮瓣血运及术口愈合情况,对各组伤口I期愈合率进行比较。结果：实验组愈合时间平均7.3天I,期愈合率95.0%。对照组愈合时间平均10.4天I,期愈合率75.0%。实验组术后伤口愈合时间和I期愈合率均显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：采用腋纹切口皮瓣法腋臭术后3天开始行创面微波照射,可促进腋部皮瓣局部血液循环和皮瓣成活,减少并发症,利于切口愈合。
