| 摘 要： | 1966年2月13日上海成功完成第二趾移植再造拇指,标示着我国创伤外科进入了显微移植修复重建的崭新时期。经过近45年的发展,我国足趾移植再造手指与拇指不仅例数多、成活率高,功能与形态之好均处于国际领先地位;在皮瓣移植修复创面重建肢体功能上始终走在国际前列;肌肉移植重建肢体功能临床应用也有许多贡献;在周围神经损伤领域里开展了神经移植的基础性研究,设计了带血管移植的新术式;显微骨及骨膜移植修复肢体伤残术式呈百花齐放的繁荣景象。未来的显微外科将汲取干细胞和组织工程等新兴学科的营养,并与微创技术、信息技术、数码技术、影像技术等结合。

| Abstract: | The first thumb reconstruction with the second toe transplantation was successfully performed in Shanghai in February 13,1966.This indicates that the development of reconstructive microsurgery in the trauma surgery turned to a new page in China.After nearly 45 years of development,China has accumulated lots of cases of finger and thumb reconstruction with toe transplantation and grafts have a high survival rate,good function and appearance.Chinese surgeons' technique to repair wound surface by using skin fl... |
