| 摘 要： | 门诊无痛人流手术多采用丙泊酚麻醉,由于丙泊酚无镇痛作用,其术后子宫收缩痛的镇痛效果一直不理想。为了减轻这种术后宫缩痛,我们在手术前静脉注射氯诺昔康,探讨其对术后宫缩痛的镇痛作用。
