果酸治疗中度寻常型痤疮疗效及安全性研究

目的：评价果酸和5%过氧苯甲酰凝胶治疗中度痤疮的疗效和安全性。方法：采用随机对照的临床试验,试验组患者用不同浓度的果酸治疗,每2周1次,连续治疗6次;对照组患者给予5%过氧苯甲酰凝胶外用,每日2次。两组患者均连用12周,按炎性皮损（丘疹、脓疱）与非炎性皮损（粉刺）分别观察皮损数目的变化,每4周观察并记录两组痤疮患者的粉刺、丘疹、脓疱数量,做评分比较。结果：试验组有效率为86.7%,对照组为51.6%,二组间疗效比较差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。试验组有2例患者,对照组有5例患者出现局部不良反应。结论：果酸换肤是一种有效、安全治疗痤疮的方法。

Clinical efficacy and safety research of alpha hydroxy acid in the treatment of medium degree acne vulgaris
