子宫内膜癌中C—erbB-2、Ki-67的表达及临床意义

【目的】探讨C-erbB-2及Ki-67在子宫内膜癌中的表达与临床病理参数的关系。【方法】选取子宫内膜标本80例，其中子宫内膜癌45例、子宫内膜不典型增生23例、增生期子宫内膜12例，采用免疫组织化学SP法测定C-erbB-2及Ki-67在子宫内膜中的表达。【结果】①C-erbB-2在正常子宫内膜、子宫内膜不典型增生及子宫内膜癌中阳性表达率分别为0、39．13％和68．89％，三组比较，差异有显著性（P〈0．005）；②Ki-67在子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达率（71．11％）明显高于正常子宫内膜（33．33％）及不典型增生子宫内膜（39．13％），P〈0．01；③C-erbB-2及Ki-67的阳性表达率随手术病理分期增加、癌细胞分化程度降低、肌层浸润深度加深而增加（P〈0．05）；④子宫内膜癌中C-erbB-2与Ki-67的表达呈正相关。【结论】C-erbB-2及Ki-67的表达可能对子宫内膜癌的发生和发展有促进作用，联合检测C-erbB-2及Ki-6在子宫内膜癌中的表达可作为早期诊断和判断子宫内膜癌顸后的重要指标之一。

Expressions of C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 in Endometrial Carcinoma and Theirs Relationship with Clinicopathological Parameters

[Objective] To explore the expressions of C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 in endometrial carcinoma and theirs relationship with clinicopathological parameters. [Methods] Eighty cases of endometrial specimen including 45 cases of endometrial carcinoma, 23 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 12 cases of normal endometrium were selected, and the expressions of c-erb-2 and Ki-67 in the tissue of endometrium were detected by an im- munohistochemical method. [Results]The positive expression of C-erbB-2 in normal endometrium, atypical hyperplasia of endometrium and endometrial carcinoma were 0, 39. 13% and 68.89%, respectively. There were significant differences among them（ P〈0. 005）. The rate of positive expression of Ki-67 in endometrial carcinoma was higher than that of normal and atypical hyperplasia of endometrium（ P 〈0.01）. The positive expression rate of C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 increased with the increasing of the stage of surgical pathology, the decreasing of the degree of differentiation and the raising of the deep of myometrial invasion（ P 〈0.05）. The expression of C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 in endometrial carcinoma had a positive correlation. [Conclusion]The expression of C-erbB-2 and Ki-67 may promote the development of endometrial carcinoma. Both of them may be used as the important index of early diagnosis and judgement of the prognosis of endometrial cancer.
