| 摘 要： | 通过对高等护理教育临床教学质量评价系统组织构建的初步研究,提出了以教学督导组为核心的组织管理模式,在教学中应用量表对教师授课、护生考核及教学医院基地建设进行测评,应用t检验对各教学医院进行评价,表明各教学医院之间在教学质量方面存在差距,促使各教学医院深化教学改革,不断提高临床教学质量。

| Abstract: | Through study on the quality evaluation system for clinical teaching in higher nursing education,the organization modality was established.The core of the system was supervisor team for clinical teaching.The quantitative evaluation form was designed and used to evaluate the clinical teachers,nursing students and the construction of teaching base.The statistical method of t-test was used to compare the evaluation results,which showed significant difference among different teaching hospitals.The feedback of the results could urge the teaching hospitals to further practice teaching reform and improve the quality of clinical teaching constantly. |
