| 摘 要： | 本院1982年～1985年收治的145例VSD中合并AP者8例,合并AI者5例。通过对13例的诊断和治疗方法的分析,作者提出术中判定AP的标准和根据一般临床资料判断AI严重程度的方法。VSD+AP及VSD合并轻～中度AI者,均可采用单纯闭合VSD的方法进行治疗,修补方法以采用补片修补为佳。

| Abstract: | There were 8 cases associated with aortic prolapse(AP)and 5 with aortic insufficiency(AI)in our 145 VSD patients from 1982 to 1985. They were all treated operatively with satisfaction, There was no operative mortality in this group. The authors presants the criteria of diagnosis of VSD with AP during the operation and the method of diagnosis about making sure of digree for VSD with AI and the repair of VSD should be use patch. |
