血清心肌酶水平与新生儿窒息的相关性研究

目的：探讨血清心肌酶水平检测在新生儿窒息诊断中的应用价值。方法：选择我院2010年6月-2014年6月出生的新生儿98例,根据Apgar评分,将新生儿分为重度窒息组（32例）、轻度窒息组（32例）及正常对照组（34例）,分别于入院后12h及治疗后3d抽取患者外周血,并检测其血清天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）、肌酸激酶（CK）、肌酸激酶同工酶（CK-MB）、乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）。结果：入院后12h,重度窒息组患儿血清心肌酶水平高于轻度窒息组,轻度窒息组患儿血清心肌酶水平高于正常对照组;治疗后24h,窒息组患儿血清心肌酶水平均显著降低,与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义。结论：血清心肌酶水平检测可作为新生儿窒息诊断的一项敏感指标,及时检测其血清心肌酶水平有助于其早诊断、早治疗。

Correlation Study of Serum Myocardial Enzyme in Newborns with Asphyxia

Objective ：To investigate the myocardial enzyme in the clinical value of neonatal asphyxia .Methods ：Select 98 newborns in our hospital from June 2010 to June 2014 ,they were divided into three groups ,the severe asphyxia group（32 cases） ,mild asphyxia group（32 cases） and normal control group （34 cases） .They were respectively extracted and detected serum aspartate aminotransferase （AST ） ,creatine kinase （CK） ,creatine kinase （CK-MB） ,lactate dehydrogenase （LDH） after admission and after treatment .Results：12 hours after admission ,the serum enzyme of the severe asphyxia group was higher than the mild asphyxia group ,the serum enzyme of the mild asphyxia group was higher than the the normal control group ;24 hours after treatment ,serum enzyme of asphyxia group were significantly reduced compared before treatment ,the difference was statistically significant .Conclusion：Detection of serum enzyme levels can be used as a sensitive indicator of neonatal asphyxia diagnosis ,timely detection of serum enzyme levels con-tribute to its early diagnosis and treatment .
