上海惠南社区三类经济水平区域血脂、血糖体检结果分析

目的探讨上海惠南社区三类经济水平地区（城区、城乡结合地区、农村地区）甘油三酯（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）和血糖（GLU）水平的分布及血脂、血糖异常患病率。方法资料来源于惠南社区2013年5-8月份村居民体检数据。利用x±s对三类地区分年龄、分性别人群各项指标进行描述;利用χ2检验三类地区血脂、血糖异常率是否存在差异;利用OR值估计三类地区血脂、血糖发生异常的相对风险。结果 （1）TC、GLU水平最高的是城区,分别是：（4.92±0.89）mmol/L、（5.80±1.41）mmol/L;TG水平最高的是城乡结合地区：（1.62±1.18）mmol/L。（2）TC、TG和GLU三项指标水平及异常率有随年龄增长下降趋势;三类地区TC、TG水平及异常率,城乡结合地区GLU水平及异常率女性均高于男性,且差异有统计学意义。（3）三类地区TC、GLU两项指标异常率差异有统计学意义。相较于城区,城乡结合地区、农村地区发生血脂异常的风险较小,分别为0.554、0.544;发生血糖异常的风险分别为0.736、0.597。结论城区人群患血脂、血糖异常的风险要大于城乡结合地区和农村地区;女性血脂、血糖异常率高于男性;血脂、血糖异常率随年龄增长有下降趋势。

Analysis on blood lipids and blood glucose in the three types of economical areas of Huinan Community,Shanghai

Objective To investigate the TG,TC and Glu level and the prevalence of abnormal blood lipids and Glu for the residents of three types of economical areas（urban area,semi-urban area and rural area） in Huinan Community,Shanghai.Methods Data were collected from the physical examination for the residents of three types of economical areas in Huinan Community,Shanghai from May to August.Age,gender and other indicators in the three areas were described by x±s.Abnormal rate of blood lipids and Glu in the three areas were checked by chi-square.The relative risk of the abnormal rate of blood lipids and Glu in the three areas was estimated by OR value.Results（1） The level of TC and Glu in the three areas was（4.92±0.89） mmol/L,（5.80±1.41） mmol/L respectively,the urban area was the highest.The highest level of TG was in the semi-urban area,（1.62±1.18） mmol /L.（2） The level of TC、TG and GLU and abnormal rate in the three areas had the trend of decrease with the increase of age,the Glu level in the semi-urban area and the abnormal rate,female was higher than that of male,and was of statistical difference.（3） The abnormal rate of TC、GLU in the three areas was of statistical difference.As compared with urban area,the abnormal rate of blood lipids in the semi-urban area and rural area was rather low,0.554、0.544 respectively,and the risk of abnormal rate of Glu was 0.736、0.597 respectively.Conclusion The risk of abnormal lipids and glu was higher in urban area than that of semi-urban and rural areas,the abnormal rate of lipids and glu in female was higher than that of male,the abnormal rate of lipids and glu had a decrease trend with the increase of age.
