产后出血患者116例临床护理观察

目的观察临床护理对减缓产后出血的效果。方法以116例在我院平产或剖宫产并出现产后出血的患者为观察对象,并随机分为两组,Ⅰ组(58例)采取常规护理,Ⅱ组(58例)采取全面的临床护理干预措施。结果Ⅱ组满意度(94.8%)及产后24h内出血量(527.4±51.7)mL明显优于Ⅰ组满意度(82.8%)及产后24h内出血量(675.3±59.6)mL,P<0.05。结论完整而全面的临床护理干预,可有效降低产后出血量,提高患者对护理的满意度,对改善和防治产后出血有重大意义。

Postpartum Hemorrhage in Patients with 116 Cases of Clinical Nursing Observation

Objective To observe the clinical nursing to slow down the effect of postpartum hemorrhage. Methods 116 cases in our hospital eutocia or cesarean and postpartum hemorrhage patients as subjects, and randomly divided into two groups, group I （58 cases） by routine nursing, group II （n=58） to take a comprehensive clinical nursing interventions. Results In group II satisfaction （94.8%） and postpartum hemorrhage volume within 24h （527.4：e51.7）mL was significantly better than in group I satisfaction （82.8%） and postpartum hemorrhage volume within 24h （675.3~：59.6）mL, P〈0.05. Conclusion A complete and comprehensive clinical nursing intervention, which can effectively reduce the amount of postpartum bleeding, improve patient satisfaction with care, to improve the prevention and treatment for postpartum hemorrhage is of great significance.
