摘    要:中医脉诊在对疾病早期诊断和非器质性病变诊疗等方面有广阔的应用空间。但是受科技发展的限制,加上传统中医相授多以口诀和感觉,主观性颇大,仍然处于经验医学的范畴之中。中医脉诊客观化和科学化研究将古老的中医脉诊与现代科学方法联系起来,可增强中国传统医学在现代社会中的理论地位和实践地位。其中,研制脉象传感器是第一步,把过去靠医生手指拾取的信号转变为可由现代工具采集、运用现代方法进行分析的信号。第二步则是依据不断改进的脉象传感器,进行深入的脉象信息分析,并寻求临床应用途径。文章应用自制的基于单目CCD摄像头的脉搏图像传感器采集桡动脉脉搏图像,提出一种无需标定CCD摄像头内外参数的方法,从图像中提取脉管径向多点离面位移变化信息,并由此离面位移变化信息以及切脉压力信息得出中医脉诊中的一些常用脉象指感特征信号。

Abstract:Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) pulse diagnosis has much potential in disease pre-diagnosis, non-organic pathological diagnosis and treatment. However, because of the lack of modern science and technology, there is too much subjectivity in TCM that has too many oral recipes and feelings in teaching. TCM is still in a state of experience medicine. The research of objective and scientific pulse diagnosis will integrate modern science methods into TCM sphygmology, and improve the social status and practice importance of TCM today. The first step of the research is developing pulse sensors that can acquire the signals with modern tools and analyze those with modern science methods, just like the Chinese doctors did in the past. The second step of the research is to analyze the pulse information acquired by developing pulse sensors, and then finding the way to clinical application. In this study, a self-made pulse image sensor based on monocular CCD camera was used to acquire radial pulse images. This study also provides a method of detecting and extracting multi-points out-of-plane displacement change information of the radial pulse from the image data get by the sensor, that need not to calibrate the inside and outside parameters of CCD camera. From the information and quantificational pulse-taking pressure that is also taken by the sensor, some frequently-used characteristic signals of pulse diagnosis in Chinese medicine can be get.
