妇科急腹症的CT、MRI诊断

目的探讨常见妇科急腹症的CT、MRI表现及鉴别诊断，以提高对妇科急腹症的CT、MRI认识水平。方法收集经手术病理证实及临床最后诊断的妇科急腹症4例，分别对其CT、MRI表现进行回顾性分析研究。结果4例妇科急腹症分别为皮样囊肿破裂、卵巢黄体破裂、皮样囊肿蒂扭转及卵巢脓肿，它们均有相应的CT、MRI表现。结论在妇科急腹症中进行MRI或CT检查对临床定性诊断可以起到明显的辅助作用。

CT and MRI features of gynecological Acute Abdomen

Objective To discuss the CT／MRI findings and differential diagnosis of gynecologic acute abdomen in order to enhance the CT, MRI level of awareness. Methods Four cases with gynecologic acute abdomen confirmed by surgical pathology and clinical diagnosis were collected. CT and MRI findings were analyzed retrospectively. Results 4 cases of gynecologic acute abdomen were dermoid cyst rupture, ovarian corpus luteum rupture, dermoid cyst torsion and ovarian abscess, and they have the corresponding obviously useful for the clinical diagnosis of CT, MRI findings. Conclusion MRI or CT is gynecologic acute abdomen.
