周边屈光度与近视的研究进展

周边屈光度作为中心屈光度的有效补充，可影响视网膜形态及视网膜成像质量。周边视网膜的离焦信号具有诱发调节的作用，但变化规律尚无定论。实验证据表明周边屈光度对正视化具有调控作用，并具有一定的空间选择性。临床研究提示中心屈光度与周边屈光度之间存在联系。进一步研究周边屈光度与近视进展间的相互作用具有重要的意义。

Advances in study of correlation between peripheral refraction and myopia

As an effective adjunct to central refraction, peripheral refraction can affect retinal shape and image quality. Defocus in the peripheral retina can induce accommodation, but the principle of this reaction is still not clear. Experimental data shows peripheral refraction is able to control the progression of emmetropization, and clinical studies also indicate the association between peripheral refraction and the development of myopia. It is important to do further study on the correlation between peripheral refraction and myopia progression.
