| 摘 要： | 目的研究进展期胃癌患者血清中血管内皮生长因子D(VEGF-D)的水平,并了解其与进展期胃癌的侵袭和淋巴道转移的关系。方法采用酶联免疫技术(ELISA法)检测88例进展期胃癌病人,根据术后病理证实伴淋巴结转移组50例,不伴淋巴结转移组38例,10例早期胃癌病人,10例胃溃疡病人术前血清VEGF-D的水平,并探讨其与进展期胃癌的侵袭与淋巴道转移的关系。结果进展期胃癌血清中VEGF-D的水平明显高于胃溃疡组(P0.05),和早期胃癌组比较,差异无显著性(P0.05)。在进展期胃癌病人中,随胃癌浸润深度的增加,浸润深度为T3-T4组明显高于T1-T2组(P0.05)。低分化型癌的病人血清VEGF-C水平明显高于高、中分化型癌的病人(P0.05)。而在性别、肿瘤位置、组织病理类型方面比较,差异无显著性(P0.05)。伴淋巴结转移组血清VEGF-D的阳性率和不伴淋巴结转移组比较差异无显著性(P0.05)。结论血清中高水平的VEGF-D与进展期胃癌的侵袭以及组织分化密切相关,与淋巴结转移无明显相关性。
