抑郁症患者治疗前后甲状腺激素水平分析

目的探讨抑郁症患者治疗前后甲状腺激素水平变化及其与症状的关系.方法测定30例抑郁症患者经帕罗西汀治疗4周前后的甲状腺激素水平,并设立对照组进行比较.结果抑郁症患者治疗前的总甲状腺素(TT4)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)较对照组有明显降低(均P＜0.05),而总三碘甲状腺原氨酸(TT3)、促甲状腺激素(TSH)与对照组差别无显著性意义(均P＞0.05);治疗4周后FT4仍明显降低;抑郁症患者的抗甲状腺自身抗体(ATA)与躯体焦虑相关.结论抑郁症患者甲状腺激素水平降低,帕罗西汀对FT4水平有影响,抑郁症患者ATA与躯体焦虑相关.

Serum thyroid hormone levels in patients with depression before and after the treatment

Objective To observe the serum thyroid hormone levels in patients with depression before and after treatment. Methods Serum thyroid hormone levels were measured in 30 inpatients with depression before and after treatment and also in 30 normal subjects as controls. Results The TT4,FT4 and FT3 levels of patients were significantly lower than those of normal subjects, while there were no significant differences between the two groups in TT3 and TSH. After 4 weeks of treatment FT4 was still significantly lower. The ATA levels were aignificantly correlated with symptom of anxiousness. Conclusion The serum levels of thyroid hormones in patients with depression is lower. Paroxetine may influence serum FT4 levels and there is correlation of A-TA levels with anxiousness of patients.
